With energy optimisation, waste reduction and other measures, we ensure that you can enjoy your stay with us with an all-round good feeling.

Our photovoltaic system:

• Running since July 2023 and saving 15 tonnes of CO2!
• Our 18.00 kWp PV system produces around 19,000 kWh of electricity per year.
   

Water and energy:

• We protect the environment - we only change towels on request.
• Electricity? 100 % hydroelectric power!
• Our façade insulation keeps the building cool in summer and warm in winter - so we use less energy.
• LED and energy-saving lamps and motion detectors ensure even greater efficiency.
• Fresh mountain spring water and sparkling soda water - directly from our own spring.
• Ski shuttle bus to the Zillertal cable car for environmentally friendly access to the slopes.
   

Sustainable indulgence:

• We rely on regional suppliers.
• We dispose of leftovers responsibly.
• Reducing waste and separating rubbish - as a matter of course.
   

Hygiene and cleaning:

• If you wish, we can clean your room as required.
• All environmental regulations and hygiene standards? Sure, we fulfil them. This also includes outsourcing the supply of bed linen.
